We are delighted to inform you that our 24th Annual General Meeting, which was previously postponed, has been rescheduled to take place on April 1st, 2023, commencing at 9:30 am. We are pleased to announce that the event will be held at ACMI Vision Village, located behind the Shell petrol station.
During the meeting, we will cover a wide range of topics, including Reading and confirmation of previous minutes, Matters arising, Board of Directors report, Supervisory committee report, Audit report, Declaration of dividends, Borrowing powers, Elections, Sub-county officer's report, and any other business that may arise.
